Hello, readers this particular blog going to introduce about the very needy qualities of as being a learner or a teacher. this blog is given by honorable, prof. Vaidehi Hariyani mam with the purpose of assuming betterment in students as being the learners of English Language Teaching.

Quality  of work in a way the most important aspect of doing anything on various platforms with your individual tendencies of practicing your work in the preserved idea of success. When we talk about the teachers role in education streams , teachers role and basic qualities of  teaching is a way to change the scenario of world eye, it can be said that teachers change the lives. so that can be very important to drag the attention towards teaching , learning areas.....

Here, i am going to share very sheer basic qualities of good teachers , for thinking of students betterment in toward future Lerner...….

VALUES THE STUDENTS MIND: Yes, as being good teachers one should know the grape of students mind and come though the knowledge, and then form form theirs mind as par students level.

RELEVANT AND INTRESTING EXAMPLES: Yes, explanation always requires a better and relevant example's so students can grasp the difficult things very easily. example's always be in a form of students interest and .

A GOOD LISTNENER : Yes, a teacher's duty is to listen others very carefully, so they can provide good amount of setisfactionary answers to the others.

PRE-READINFG AND PRESENCE OD MIND: Yes, that is one more whenever as being teacher or speaker we are going to presenting are self in front of others  pre-reading of any subject helps us to perform well to others, also at that this will help to make our mind with full of presence because we know the overall idea of the subject.

Learner is like a plant which needs proper guidance each and every time just like the plant which needs water. so become a good Lerner is very important a learner must have this tendencies of being tentative thought attending any lecture.

Here, I am sharing some very basic qualities of good learners which we may studied in our regular class  of  ELT. 

REFLECT AND THINK: This is may be the most important quality of good learner first he/she must be a good listeners for becoming good learner. Then thinking is next step of listening here the student must listen the things thought by the teachers and think upon on carefully and then reflect individual thoughts on particular subject or topic.

WONDER AND DETERMINED: The more necessary part of being good Lerner is that wondering upon the speakers perspective is necessary for calculation of various determination of thoughts.

SELF AWARE AND CONNECT: This is what make the idea crystal clear that consciousness during study and self involment is as important as connect of self with a speakers and teacher as well. so keeping connection with speakers and teacher may provide the better grab of topic /subject.

QUESTION: Yes, question is the most important aspect of grabbing anything with consciously , more you ask question more you get deeper meaning and celerity of topic.
