Period Romantic Poetry was produced during the reign of Queen Victoria.	Victorian Poetry was produced during the approximate period from 1800 to 1850.
Romantic Poetry predominantly used the theme of nature. In addition, themes of pastoral life, medievalism, Hellenism, supernaturalism can also be observed.	Victorian Poetry used medieval myths and legends as well as realistic issues such as the struggle between science and religion.
Nature Romantic Poetry revered and admired nature.	Victorian Poetry treated nature in more realistic and less idealized view.
Emotion vs Intellect Romantic Poetry gave prominence to emotion, imagination and spontaneity.	Victorian Poetry gave more importance to intellect and realism.
Poets Notable Romantic Poets include William Blake, William Wordsworth, Samuel Taylor Coleridge, Lord Byron, Percy Bysshe Shelley and John Keats.	Notable Victorian Poets include Robert Browning, Gerard Manley Hopkins, and Lord Tennyson
Romanticism was an artistic and intellectual movement that originated in late 18th century Western Europe. It stressed strong emotion, imagination, freedom within or even from classical notions of form in art, and overturning of previous social conventions, particularly the position of the aristocracy.	Victorians were just the opposite. They had a strict set of moral standards which were often applied hypocritically. Feelings and ideas were stifled. Victorian prudery sometimes went so far as to deem it improper to say "leg" in mixed company (the preferred euphemism if such must be mentioned was "limb"), and people would even put skirts on piano legs in the name of modesty. Those going for a dip in the sea at the beach would use a bathing machine. Verbal or written communication of emotion or sexual feelings was also often verboten so people instead used the language of flowers.

Alfred Tennyson and Robert Browning belong to the Victorian age and they occupy a prominent place as a pre-eminent poet of their age. Both the poets apply new techniques and styles in poetry writing. But both these poets adopt their own style in their writing.

Browning focuses on the psyche of his frantic characters and tries to look into deep inside of such characters in his writings. Browning tries to understand human nature, religion, and society properly. He studies the innermost psychology of characters. On the other hand, Tennyson draws material from external specific realities, ideas, and objects and tries to express it through ornate language.

Another significant difference between poems of Alfred Tennyson's and Robert Browning is in their nature of expression. Browning's writings are always energetic but in Tennison's tone of expression is generally melancholic where he tends to give touch of nostalgia. Their poetic concerns are hardly related. Browning systematically depicts the essence of a character whereas Tennyson gives importance in inducing and endorsing a particular mood.

Tennyson’s poetry is essentially lyrical; thereby his dramatic monologues seem half-hearted attempts when compared to Browning’s. In Tennyson we see the dramatic monologues used quite differently and the same characteristics found in his lyrical poetry are present in his dramatic monologues.

"Deconstruction theory"

"The opening statement of the post-structuralist movement appears in Derrida’s essay, “Structure, Sign, and Play in the Discourse of the Human Sciences,”

The Deconstruction  theory is probably the most confusing and difficult one. As Derrida said that is a necessary confusion since it is criticizing the very language needed to explain it.  post-structuralists  argue  that  truth  and  objective  reality  are  not  only inaccessible, but also altogether inexistent within language. Origin of language is inconceivable, language is flux so we can say that language itself is very complicated and incomplete. Since physical reality can only be apprehended through language, while applying deconstruction theory presents  our conscious self  itself  is  a  product of  language,  


Post-structuralism is a reaction to structuralism.

"A method of deriving meaning from analysing function of something with its cultural construct"

 Two  main  aspects  of  Saussure’s  theory  need  to  concern  us  here. First, the idea of language as a closed and self-standing system, with which post-structuralism agrees, and second, the notion of langue underlying and explaining  the  signifying system, which  post-structuralism  rejects.  Let  us examine  briefly  these  two  points.  Saussure’s  main  discovery  lies  in  his view of language as a totality at any given moment, and the central point of  his  theory  is  that  signs  do  not  correspond  to  exterior  entities,  but become  meaningful  only  within  this  totality:

  “Language  is  a  system  of interdependent  terms in which  the  value of each term  results solely  from   the  simultaneous  presence of  the others”  (114).

 In  other  words,  Saussure contends that meaning in language is possible, not because words connect naturally to things, but rather because they define themselves through their mutual  relations  within  the  system.  As  we  have  seen  (in  preceding presentations),  his  principal  arguments  rest  on  the  arbitrary  status  of  the sign, and on the fact that the chain of meanings differs from one language,language  which he  calls  langue: “[Langue]  is a self-contained whole and a principle of classification. As soon as we give language [langue] first place among the facts of speech, we introduce a natural order into a mass that  lends  itself  to  no  other  classification”  (9).  


  But before you go thinking that Deconstructionists were all about merely reversing these oppositions,

Anti human image, humans are in periferi  and underprivileged.  A huge satire on relationships and cultural differences between humans and animals.

BBDO New York created this clever take on the “See Both Sides of the Story” campaign for BBC by designing an advertisement that wraps around a street corner.

This advertisement for Dettol Instant Hand Sanitizer uses repellent visuals to capture the attention of germaphobes everywhere.

Human centric image, human routine lifestyle and habits is  periphery, This advertisement unfolds with the daily unhealthy habits.

This campaign for Bench Fix Hairstyling Products reaches a younger demographic with atypical imagery, cultural influence.

Personally, this is not my kind of ad, but you can’t debate the ingenuity of using the decreasing size of the human body as part of the copy-based ad concept.

Man centric ad, the illusion of to be fit and slim is in periphery, Defframent  in meaning of word FAT to FIT throughout biological appearance.

A true fighter...

A true spirit...

This is not a particular revenge story. This is a strong protest or a rebellion. This is a legal fight against destructive violence. This story is a passion and being passionate about human welfare .  On one hand there was  kind of જનુન, deformity and Male-ego.  In this story, the conflict shows the clash on unacceptance of violence.

बुराई हम सब में होती है ये तो पक्का है पर कोई इंसान अपनी बुराई पर इस तरह से काबू खो बैठता है.... क्योंकि ये तो पक्का हे की एसिड पहले दिमाग में मिलता है फिर ही तो हाथ में आता हे।

Why did acid attack happen ?.

Some Brains harshly disorders are probably the predictor of a serious tragedy. Some deformed and arrogant brains who have lost control of themselves.  Such unforgiving, frightening, destructive thoughts are born when they have no dares to suffer denial.

Who is the true victim?  

Lakshmi fought, fought for years, It takes a lot of patience to survive and fight against a system. Why fight is necessary?  

Fighting has always been from two sides, one is from society and against Criminal and another is with ourselves. We allow ourselves to live in such perverts and demons, as all the girl does. The fact is  Fear of society, fear of parents, biggest fear of themselves, that we are not yet learning to fight.  Nobody co-operates somewhere. Even Are not accustomed to stand alone. 

Our brave Laxmi do that, she came out and give a strongest fight against the criminal.

Movie unfolds with the flashback method of story telling and reviving. The way laxmi present herself as a most justice demanding victim, but here particularly in Dipika Padukone's role we can see this powerful revolutionary excitement and aggression, if you stand for fight your ways and signs seems to be like a warrior or rebellion. As per my view Malti Agrwal looks very calm and Disentwining. 

This movie stands with so many Artists liberty,Obtaining a U certificate should not be the same, it is a film based on a true story and the facts should be presented in every scene of the film.  Without this, no intimate connection is possible.  The film does not descend into the hearts of everyone.  Looks like the flow is gone with the flow.

Except for all this, I believe that even a literature or film is capable of giving justice to Victim as much as the court.  This film presents the journey of Lakshmi's struggle and seeking justice, changing the basics. I wish that the character of Lakshmi gets enough justice from this film.

The film depicts a very pathetic scene in a very light state.  Which should be taken very seriously.  The preaching of the film is to generate compassion. By watching this compassion,   it's aim should be aware all for such dangerous acid attacks are made and justice can be tried to destroy the disorders.

Today we need to be influenced by such literature, we need to analyze.  The film comes with a good social message that resonates with a new voice. Justice and fight are still needed today.  Deformities still occur today.  We must fight for it, fight for justice.  Everything can never be very good, just to make something worse, to not make anyone's life a hell of a thing, raise the question today, the courage to voice everything together .... Your chances of winning and your stubborn habit of never returning.  Times will increase.

Structuralism

Structuralism is the study of the language’s structure as well as the study of rules that govern how we communicate and understand communication. How to develop new vision In Critical Theory Today, Tyson states

" structures [are] conceptual frameworks that we use to organize and understand physical entities. A structure has to have three properties wholeness, transformation, and self-regulation. Structuralism assumes that all surface phenomena belong to some structural system"

Structuralism is the methodology with human elements for example culture, and must be understood as a relationship in larger context .

" Structuralism
is the belief that the phenomena of human life is not intelligible except through their interrelations"

Everything is organized in systems today, for example language is a system with binaries is signify something which is very significant. People can be understood as products of that structure or system through language. The  invention of a certain structure is creating the democratic subject.

What I learned from this chapter is that language is what helps us understand one another therefore the structures that follow constitute our world. Structuralism deals with looking at the structures of different stories and peeling back all the differences to see what’s the same. Structuralism also has to do with analyzing the basic foundations of language and seeing how it is the same or how it differs, the differences tend to give the word meaning. I also learned a lot about signs and its two parts: signifier, and signified. Signifier meaning the symbol or the utterance, while signified means that which the symbol or word stands in for.

Literature and religion: Sunday reading

Hello readers this is my new blog for sharing my views about the literature and religion. In this particular blog I have to read one article which is attached here and than reflect my perspective towards religion and literature....this blog is organize by our Prof. Dilip Barad Sir so we can expand our critical collaboration  including current example.

Whenever we talk about literature on Ishtar, it becomes a war.  We are all ignorant of the existence of God and the Creator of mankind.  It is useless to argue over something we are now unfamiliar with.

This is what we learn and we are taught in the school to believe are unbelievable when people are introduced to the theory of intelligent designer two person vu is greater behind everything then they will say that there is a need for a God. We need God to bless us, need to God for save us, to make us, to inspire and fortunately we are following....

After reading this article what I feel is.... really we need God?

Before reaching this question mind starting blinking something New quest about the existence of god...who created the beautiful well organized world? Who created us as with very intelligent mind? 

Obviously you might getting very historic idea of this particular quotation that "God created man" ...but you  know now things are thoughts are changing day by day let's see one thing....

Is it acceptable?...if I'm not going wrong...we said extremely... strongly..."NO".... let's start something reforming in our thoughts...

To be atheist is like you did something against of religion....let me ask you one thing is that....what is our religion?...how religion played a vital part in our life? .... what's the need to strongly or compulsory belongs From any particular religion?....if someone ask me about religion..my answer is very simple...which once I read...

Religion is important and it is with very holistic message of peace, love and equality, but what happen when it's totally converted in revert situation. People often started fight for religion and for particular God. Fight happen when people started taking and considering very personal, feeling like insult and it resulting so many riots and war...in this sometimes religion making harm to humans....

So we think that sometimes being atheist is bliss, because....when you andover the complete wisdom and wiseness in yourself with the true touch of reality.....you start thinking very rethoric way...

A large number of people against with this idea of being atheist....to be Atheist it means he/she not following any religion. They Believe in equality and humanity..it is not an against with the idea of God...mind well..they might thought that religion makes people like....

Referring with 21st century The idea of God is something related with secularism...with the help of critical thinking skills...I thought that if God created the world if God is always available for help and proove it well..than where is God today...we still need a savior.... because as historical data says God has very tremendous and superpower as being savior...

See here, now we feel very quest about the gods existence. If God was really here with us and here to help us than why God was not there to help priyka why only Draupadi? How much injustice or discrimination.... Krishna has to help all, because all women are same....

If God help પાંડવ in લાક્ષાગૃહ for saving their life than why once again this discrimination and injustice with the child of Surat. (Surat fire calamity in taxshila institute) so how we can believe that God is everywhere and always helping us...

As per my view to believe is not wrong but blind believe is something very dangerous for all , we are learned people, our prime duty is to stand for right and truth without favouring any caste religion region for God believe in equality freedom wisdom and space for everyone. SBI Bank intellectual we have to to rebel against those thing which taught us that you don't know...

When we see the everything in literate all literature perspective we may find that....one worth reading blog I must share here ...

Here are several ways of relating religion and literature. There is not a lot of stuff out there on the subject, and what there is tends to be mushily thematic. I've only seen one textbook on religion and literature, and it is pretty lightweight. My own preference in developing my Religion and Modern Literature class some years ago was to patch together materials from many odd sources. Our University copy center makes a bundle off my students.

I. The debate over the relationship of religion and literature has yielded three readily discernible theoretical approaches:

Heteronomy: ("the law is outside") This is the position of T.S. Eliot in "Literature and Religion" (Essays Ancient and Modern, 1936). He argues that since Christian faith is superior to literature, the norm for judging the greatness and truth of literature can only be found outside literature, namely, in theology. The determination of the question "What is literature?" can be based on literary norms alone. But in the evaluation of the greatness of literature (its adequacy, the truth it embodies, etc.) faith must intervene. All

notions of what is best and most true in the world depend upon what you think is most real. Religion evaluates the real; it puts us in touch with and mediates the real. Literature always involves some suspension of reality, a "what-if" or "once-upon-a-time" method. Tolstoy was a strong heteronomist after his conversion.

Theonomy: ("the law is God") This position is developed by Protestant theologian Paul Tillich in The Protestant Era (1948). Neither religion nor literature is an absolute and neither can finally sit in judgement upon the other. God above is the law, the root of religion's purpose and literature's meaning. Like literature, religion is also, at least in part, a human creation. This approach to the relationship of literature and religion tends to see most literature, even all literature, as "religious" as it deals with the deeper concerns of us humans. Tillich believes that even the most destructive urges mirrored in literature can be best understood as expressions of our deep need to locate the ground of our being.

Autonomy: ("the law is within") Developed in RWB Lewis' "Hold on Hard to the Huckleberry Bushes" in Trials of the Word: Essays in American Literature and the Humanistic Tradition (1956). The norms for judging the achievement of a discipline must come from within the discipline. Therefore, literature cannot be subjected to any alien norm, be it God or religion. Great literature might have religious elements, or it might not. There is no necessary relationship between literature and religion.
